What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel a full day ahead. Same-day cancellations are charged half the service.
Do you consult before color?
Yes. A first color visit includes a strand conversation.
What if I am running late?
Call the desk. After fifteen minutes we may need to shorten the service or move you.
How far ahead should I book?
Cuts are usually open within ten days. Color and bridal styling need two to three weeks.
